What terrain is a stiff binding going to better for?

A stiffer binding is going to give you more control when you’re riding and the ability make quicker, more precise turns. If you’re somebody who just likes to cruise green and blues, or if you hang out a lot in the park, a more flexible binding might be a better call. But if you’re an advanced freerider who needs that control in deep powder or on steeper pitches than a stiff binding like the 390 will be great. 

What size binding is right for my boots? 

Every brand is going to be a bit different, but for the 390 Boss bindings if you wear a boot size 9 through 14 then the L/XL size will work for you.
