The Women’s Nebula Jacket from Rab is perfect for wet or particularly aerobic conditions. The Nebula is insulated with Cirrus Featherless insulation that perfectly marries the benefits of natural down with those of synthetic fillings. The Cirrus warmth is made up of thousands of small synthetic clusters. Unlike other types of synthetic insulation these clusters can loft freely to trap warm air and they can compress a lot smaller. Cirrus is able to deliver the same warmth for the weight as 600 fill duck down. The insulation in this jacket is guarded by Pertex Endurance nylon fabric on the outside. Pertex Endurance is a super light down proof nylon fabric that is coated to be water resistant and breathable up to 1000mm. The Nebula has a helmet compatible hood with a plastic brim that really good at keeping your vision clear. The cuffs never need to be adjusted because the lycra elastic will slide effortlessly over your wrists. There are two and warmer pockets on this jacket and the left one doubles as a stuff sack. So pack this jacket up and add it to you gear list. You’ll be happy you did.
