This thing is made from a classic heavyweight double layer berber pile fabric that will keep you warm when you commute to work starts to feel like the arctic tundra. Rab has lined this fleece with a with a wind resistant layer in the front and arms to stop an icy breeze dead in its tracks. The back of this jacket has a double layer of fleece that definitely comes in handy if you get cold easily. All zippers are YKK and there are two hand warmer pockets on the outside and one zippered security pocket on the inside. This jacket has hem and collar draw cords as well. The fit is definitely relaxed so if you like a tight fit you might consider sizing down.
