END OF SEASON SALE, ALL 2024 GEAR ON SALE NOW
Test Locations: Big Sky MT.
The Wrenegade 98, is a rebel in the ON3P family but it is most similar to a lot of the other top skis like the Enforcer 100 or Backland 102. The solid feeling underfoot that you’re accustomed in ON3P holds true in the Wrenegade 98 and man can it grip on some harder snow. For dabbling in a bit of everything regardless of snow condition the Wrenegade 98 is sweet, it’s not a ski that gets bossed around by heavy chopped up snow, it just blasts through. If you want to be able to slash and cut the tails loose, no problem – little bit of tail rocker will help you out. Nothing about the Wrenegade 98 held us back, it allowed us to push it a little further.
Full Sidewall - Tip to tail ABS sidewall construction.
Bamboo with Carbon Stringers - Durable and lively bamboo combined with the added snap of Carbon gives the Kartel 98 the power you need to dominate ice without all the weight.
All Mountain Freeride Rocker Profile - More rocker in the tip than the tail maintains a directional feel and gives you ample float while still being able to grip on the hard pack.
Nylon Top Sheet - If you're interested in ON3P, you most definitely beat the crap out of your gear. This top sheet will keep your skis looking prettier, looking good is a must.
The ON3P Wrenagade 98 does not come with a binding. We recommend you use a binding that will accommodate your skiing needs (backcountry, touring, all-mountain etc.). Be sure the brake width and release settings will work for your particular activity. Questions about what's best for you, contact an expert at TheSkiMonster.com.
Recommended Binding: Marker Griffon with 110 mm brake.
Give us a shout, for other options that will best suit you. We test everything we sell, and don’t.
