The Nordica Strider 130 is based off of the SpeedMachine, same 100 mm last, but will fit a tad snugger due to the Grilamid shell (Grilamid shrinks a little more than PU after it comes out of the mold in production).   If you’ve tried on the Cochise 120 or 130 and it’s just a bit too snug the Strider 130 could be the ticket.  It’s light weight and has dynafit certified tech inserts that are compaitble with literally everything from tech to frame to regular alpine ski bindings.  The Strider 130 is a great boot for skiers that are looking to do a mix of resort as well as side/backcountry or just want a killer boot that’s great for apres too – either way.

How does the Strider 130 fit in comparison to the Cochise 130?

The heel pocket on the Strider is going to feel a bit snugger while the toe box is a bit wider and feels a smidge longer, other wise they feel very similar.
