GROOMER ZOOMER.

The Nordica Enforcer 88 is one of the most popular skis in the sub 90mm groomer focused category, and for good reason. It has strong construction and it's great for skiing more firm terrain but it isn't a difficult ski for less experienced skiers to enjoy while still maintaining a high level of performance for more advanced skiers who may like to ski aggressively. What makes the Enforcer 88 a standout in this category is its ability to pivot and dump speed more easily compared to a Volkl Kendo 88 or Blizzard Brahma (two competitors in the segment). Those characteristics make this ski a good option for a wider range of skier types, they're easy to balance on and predictable. Even though this ski is "easier going" than a Brahma or a Kendo that does not mean it can't perform, it rips and it isn't going to stutter if you push it hard, it's just more manageable at lower speeds. Stronger, more aggressive skiers will love how confident, stable, and gripped the Enforcer 88 feels in a turn, even on icy New England days. A bit of rocker in the tip and tail and a flex pattern that is forgiving enough, allow this ski to be taken through tighter terrain or softer snow more efficiently than some other skis in this category. While this is a ski that can handle softer snow and technical terrain, home is still lapping groomers. If you're looking for a more well-rounded ski that is less picky about conditions, check out the Enforcer 94. If you like the idea of an 88mm ski that is great for groomers but want a little more maneuverability and a ski that's easier to balance on, check out the Elan Ripstick 88.

Who is this ski for? Skiers who want a ski for lapping groomers but don't want a ski that's overly demanding, difficult at low speeds, and out of place off-trail.

Who isn't this ski for? Skiers who spend a ton of time hunting for softer snow or skiing off-piste. Skiers who want the most precise, powerful ski in the category.

Recommended Binding: Marker Griffon ID with 90 mm brake

This is a great option for anyone who prioritizes groomer performance but also appreciates an approachable, energetic feel. The Enforcer 88 is most at home on groomers, but also won't feel limited to groomers. It's a more narrow ski but has a playful feel that makes a run through the bumps or trees awesome.
