Update -- June 12th, 2018: Mammut upgraded this jacket for the 2018/19 season to their 'Performance' fabric. What this means is that it's far more waterproof and breathable than it's been in the past - closer to Gore-Tex but at a fraction of the cost. Time to pull the trigger.
