THE FUTURE KING OF AFTERBANG

The Future King needs the proper tools for success and the Tom Wallisch Shorty is just the answer for their park riding needs.  The full woodcore provides durability and all-mountain performance, for one ski that can get it all done except for on an epic pow day.  The Wallisch Shorty is a medium flex ski that is great for quickly progressing skiers.  Though the ski has a symmetric flex that's great for skiing switch and in the park, it's a directional shape which makes it all-mountain friendly.

Construction

4D Fibercap Construction -  A full cap construction that has 4-directions of fiberglass wrapping around the core. This gives the junior skis a lightweight feel, without sacrificing durability and strength.

Core

Aspen Macroblock - A full tip-to-tail wood core that features aspen wood. 100% Aspen makes the skis incredibly light weight and easy to control.

Shape

Early Rise - A slight rise in the tip and tail results in easy turn initiation and increased float in soft snow.

Early Taper - The widest point of the ski’s sidecut starts tapering-in early to prevent hooking and allow for smoother turn entry and exit.

Base / Edges

Fatty Base and Edge - 30% thicker edge and 30% thicker base gives these skis maximum durability!

Extruded Base - This base material is fast and easy to maintain.

Additional Awesomeness

Symmetric Flex - A symmetrical flex gives the skis the same flex pattern in front and behind your ski boots. This allows for smooth switch riding!

5-Cut Geometry -  Line blends 5 different sized sidecuts radius shapes into all of their skis This allows the skier to have the unrivaled control and unlimited turn shapes.

Binding

The 2017 Line Tom Wallisch Shorty skis do not come with a binding. We recommend you use a binding that will accommodate your skiing needs (all-mountain, freestyle etc.). Be sure the release settings will work for your particular activity. Questions about what's best for you, contact an expert at TheSkiMonster.com.

Recommended Brake Width

We reccomend a brake width of 85 - 90mm for the Tom Wallisch Shorty Skis.
