Line Supernatural 100 Skis 2016

ON A SCALE OF 1 - SEND IT.... THIS IS FEDEX SAME DAY DELIVERY.

Test Locations: Big Sky MT, Mt. Hood OR

Some of our fastest days on snow this last season were on the Line Supernatural 100 -- they are so sick!  Medium to big turns is what the Supernatural 100 prefers and the shockwall sidewalls will maintain grip on the hardest snow doing some serious mph's.  The shockwalls give skiers great edge/snow feel that translates to feeling more comfortable at speed. Though most 100mm waisted skis are thought of as purely freeride skis that are designed primarily for off-trail use, the Supernatural 100 loves to carve!

The Supernatural 100 is everything the Volkl Mantra always wanted to be.  If you are a fan of the old cambered Mantra this ski on this page is what you want.  There is no speed limit known to man and it's good off-trail if you like a beefier feeling ski.  If you're looking for something more playful and off-trail friendly go with the Sick Day 95

Buying Tip:  If you like to go fast, buy the Supernatural 100.

Construction

Shockwall - A full length sidewall made of 80 durometer elastomer is what gives the Line Supernatural 100 a serious amount of grip and unlimited send-ability.

Core

Maple Macroblock - An Aspen core with two Maple stringers running tip to tail for added stiffness and strength.

Shape

Early Rise - Tip and tail early rise provide the skis with superior float in powder, as well as effortless turn initiation in any snow condition.

Rocker Camber Key

Additional Awesomeness

Directional Flex - The tip of the ski has a softer flex than the tail which in turn means better float in soft snow and more power on harder snow.

Early Taper - The skis widest points are tapered earlier to provide a more predicable tip in soft snow and help eliminate tail hang-up.

Thin Tip - An incredibly thin wood core and sidewall are placed in the tip of ski for supreme weight reduction.

Fatty Base & Edge - 30% thicker edge and base give the skis bomb-proof durability!

Binding

The Line Supernatural 100 does not come with a binding. We recommend you use a binding that will accommodate your skiing needs (backcountry, touring, all-mountain, freestyle etc.). Be sure the brake width and release settings will work for your particular activity. Questions about what's best for you, contact an expert at TheSkiMonster.com.

Recommended Binding: Marker Griffon.
