If you're thinking of getting into splitboarding, but are unsure of the initial investment, Karakoram has figured out a solution. The Karakoram Connect R Bindings will mount to your solid board with the ability to to get the split kit later to complete the set. For $399 you get all the equipment to mount the bindings on your solid and when the times right finish it off with Karakoram Connect Split Kit. The Connect R Bindings are surpisingly powerful, responsive, and lightweight. They provide the same feeling as most traditional bindings with a mid-stiff flex that can charge on both hard and soft snow. It's the one and done solution for snowboard bindings. The crossover from solid to split is effortless and getting closer to splitboarding is better than not splitboarding at all.

In addition Karakoram sells the Prime Quiver-Connector that increased the quiver collection without having to buy more bindings. The connectors allow for easy transfer from one board to another. Super helpful if you travel with multple decks because you only need one binding for all the setups. You wont need to break out any tools to get the job done either.
