That’s right baby, limited edish. K2 took all the awesome parts of the Maysis Boot, added some sweet new features, ratcheted up the stiffness, and wrapped it all up in a flashy leather shell. Pretty freakin’ sweet. It’s got two BOAs on it, but maybe not in the way you’re familiar with. The exterior BOA Coiler maintains support for the entire lacing, using precision security to give you the best fit. Then, the BOA Conda kicks in with BOA closure for the inner liner as well so your foot is locked in everywhere. Speaking of inner liners, this guy’s got K2’s new SpaceHeater liner with reflects heat generated by your foot and traps it inside the liner, while blocking cold air that comes from the outside. Kiss those pesky toe warmers goodbye. With maximum security and warmth, you can focus on the things that matter, like charging hard and crushing everything on the mountain, which you should have no problem doing with this boot’s stiff-but-not-quite-too-stiff feel.
