The Giro Seam Ski Helmet is another in a long line of feature packed offerings from Giro. In Mold Construction means that the helmet shell and liner are fused in a single mold, as opposed to being created separately and glued together. In Mold Construction results in more efficient ventilation and decreased weight. In addition to 6cm of adjustability, the In Form Fit System provides a Vertical Tuning Feature, which allows you to add or subtract depth to or from the helmet. These two adjustments allow the user to achieve a more custom fit and ideal goggle integration. As nearly all of us skiers and riders have experienced, serious goggle fog can be caused by the helmet brim. With this in mind, Giro has engineered the Stack Vent in the brim, which aligns with your goggles’ most important vent. Thermostat Control vents open and close to regulate temperature, and combine with X-Static machine washable padding to keep you warm, dry and comfortable.

Construction

In-Mold Construction - Giro fuses a rigid polycarbonate shell with a full foam liner. This process allows Giro to design helmets that are lighter, stronger and have superior venting systems than any other helmets on the market.

Fit System

In Form Fit System - A turn dial system in the rear of the helmet that gives you 6 cm of adjustment.

Vertical Tuning - Add or subtract depth to costomize the way the Giro Seam sits on your head

Venting

Thermostat Control - Giro gives you the ability to fully customize your venting system. They place a super low-profile switch on the exterior of the helmet, for quick and easy vent adjustments.

Stack Vents - prevents goggle fog by allowing goggle vents to remain functional
