Construction

Full Power Cap - This is Elan’s super lightweight construction, which makes the skis easier to run and more forgiving.

Waveflex - This is a waved profile built into the skis for a super smooth tip-to-tail flex that also provides incredible torsional strength.

Core

Full Power Cap - This core is a wood and composite blend that features two wood stringers that run the length of the skis outer edges. These pieces of wood provide power, stability and increased edge hold in all snow conditions.

Fiberglass Reinforcement - Elan positions fiberglass above and below the skis core. This provides an optimal flex pattern and increased torsional strength.

Shape 

Parabolic Rocker Profile - - Elan’s Parabolic Rocker features early rise in the tip with camber underfoot. The profile allows for super easy turn initiation and increased edge hold across all snow conditions. This rocker shape is really skier friendly!

Binding

EL Shift 9.0 Bindings- - The Elan Explore 6 comes with an integrated Tyrolia EL 10.0 binding. These bindings have a DIN range of 2.5-9.
