The Elan Delight Style is a great intermediate womens ski for the recreational weekend warrior.  There isn't a better ladies ski you can get for under $500 - seriously.  It's narrow waist makes it quick and nimble on the groomers with a tight turning radius for easy turn initiation.  No matter what side of the country you're on, the Delight Magic will do well on hard snow and in the soft stuff we all hope for.  Again, there isn't a womens ski for less than $500 that grips and carves as well as this Elan does - add it to the cart and select next day air.
