The Dynastar Menace 98 performs almost exactly how it looks… A super playful ski that provides agility and a nimble feel through bumps, trees and soft snow. The ski’s construction is exactly what you would expect from Dynastar. A solid wood core that is stacked with varying levels of braided fiberglass, which allows the menace to feel dynamic through tight bumps and provides the ski with tremendous amount of balance in varying snow. If you’re in the market for a backcountry touring setup and you don’t want to go above 100 mm underfoot, then the Menace 98 should be a strong candidate.

The ski’s overall weight and agile-in-nature feel make it a perfect partner for the backcountry. Pair this ski with a Salomon Shift and you have yourself a ripping 50/50 setup that you can take almost anywhere!
