It is not often that you are able to throw on a brand new pair of snowboard boots and feel no pain or pressure anywhere. Every boot has a break in period of some sort and needs to pack out before they feel perfect. The Burton Swath might be an exception to this trend. Right out of the box, it is clear that comfort is king with the Swath and that break in time on these will be short and sweet. Comfort aside, Burton hasn't skipped a beat with performance either. The Imprint 3 liner with Focus Cuff locks your foot in, eliminating heel lift, while the articulated outer shell design allows for a natural flex. The most unique feature of the Swath is the Ultraweave Shell material making the boot super light but also robust enough to stand the test of time. Break the rules of breaking in your new boots, these ones won't need much time at all.
