Burton Malavita Snowboard Bindings 2020

Burton Malavita Snowboard Bindings 2020

Flex: Mid-Flex // Chassis: Short Glass + Nylon Composite // Combatibility: 2x4, 4x4, The Channel

The Burton Malavita Snowboard Binding is the mid flex freestlye focused phenom that loves to light it up. Lightweight with some flexibility makes it a favorite for an all mountain rider who likes to make the entire mountain their park. The rubber Heel Hammock rests against the inner hi-back for insane boot hold and instantaneous response. Canted Living Hi-Back has insane adjustability that obviously allows forward lean changes, but this design lets you make rotational adjustments as well. Dialing in a dream fit will create a one with the board feeling that transfers energy with perfection. Double Take buckles will get you dropping in first and the Asym Hammockstrap will keep you locked in like a 5-point harness. The Burton Malavita Snowboard Binding is a game changer for the freestyle enthusiast who likes a lot of performance and style to match.

What’s the difference between the Malavita from the Burton Cartel?

If you’ve ridden the Cartels before, you’ll notice that the Malavita has a softer and more flexible frame that makes it slightly more forgiving overall. While you can definitely take the ‘Vita all over the mountain, its got more of a freestyle-focused design that makes it lighter and more flexible than the Cartel.

Want something super lightweight like the Malavita, but that’s still got lots of power? Check out the Burton Genesis X Bindings that are some of the most powerful bindings out there at just a fraction of the weight!

TLDR: More flexible and playful than the Cartels, for the rider that likes to rip it up in the park or make tight turns in the trees.
