I don't know what you have for ski pants right now but I can pretty much say with confidence they're not nearly as cool as these. I mean how many fully Gore-Tex pants are pink are also pink and have got suspenders as well? I'm pretty sure this is as good as it gets. Tons of pocket space reinforced with a 3L Gore-Tex membrane means that these are rugged and durable pants that are designed to last for a long time, which is good because I can't see too many better looking pants coming out any time soon. The suspenders are easy to adjust and are removable if you want to ditch them, though I don't know why you would. And the black patches over the knee don't really serve any purpose as far as I can tell but they look cool so it works.
