The Blizzard Brahma continues to turn heads in the 2019 season. It’s solid feel underfoot gives skiers additional confidence on steeper trails and it’s predictable-ness makes tackling new terrain much easier. The Brahma is an East Coast favorite for it’s ability to cut into the hardpack and arc a turn, improved in 2018 with a less dramatic rocker profile, the Brahma chatters a lot less than previous generations. The Brahma is great for skiers that want a ski that’s pretty awesome at everything but want something that could make skiing in glades or technical steeps a bit easier. Blizzard’s flipcore technology allows for the tails to cut loose more easily than skis like the Kendo or Enforcer 93, this also makes the skis a bit more forgiving and easier to ride after a huge lunch where you might not be completely on your game. All around the Brahma is a ski that can do a lot really well.
FAQ:
Blizzard Brahma vs. Nordica Enforcer 93, what’s the scoop?
Well, for starters Nordica and Blizzard have the same parent company (Tecnica Group) and built in the same factory in Austria – so you know the quality is going to be top notch in both. Performance wise the Brahma is going to feel a bit firmer underfoot, but with the ability to cut the tails loose more easily than the Enforcer 93. The Brahma 88 won’t have quite as much grip as the Enforcer 93 will, but the Brahma will feel a bit quicker and more nimble in bumps and trees.
What about Blizzard Brahma 88 vs Nordica Enforcer 88?
The Brahma 88 is going to feel more versatile and is also more predictable, it's easier to ski than the Enforcer 88. Not saying the Enforcer 88 is difficult, it's just more responsive and quick.
What changed from 2019 to 2020?
Nothing, everything is the same including graphic.
