The new Black Crows Camox Freebird is a touring focused ski that offers solid and predictable down hill performance. It's a lightweight ski that will be sure to keep the uphill side of things a breeze without being so light that all downhill performance is lost. Compared to the regular Black Crows Camox, the Freebird is less at home in the resort crushing laps and is a better option for touring set ups. At 95mm underfoot the ski is quick edge to edge while providing enough width for softer snow. This is a touring ski that still performs on the downhill side of things, whether thats a tricky descent from where ever you hiked up to or even a resort lap or two.
