New in the 18/19 ski season, Arcteryx finally has an awesome pack dedicated to ski touring. These guys were able to pull this move off very cleanly thanks to a clever new plastic ski strap called the Alpha SK Strap. Don’t worry, you won’t need to buy an Alpha SK 32 Pack to get good use out of this strap. The real innovation is so simple it will make your brain hurt. Arcteryx took a traditional “0” shape that you might see on a Voile or Titan strap and they turned it into a “C” shape. This really is a game changer when you have gloves on because it makes it much easier to thread the strap through the hole and create tension. Get some for your ski life and your real life.

TPU - The orange strap is made out of Thermo Plastic Urethane.

Stainless Steel - The C shaped buckle is made out of Stainless Steel.
