Customer Service Representative – Full Time in Bos

Job Summary

Here at Theskimonster, we obsess about customer experience. Our customers can reach out in an increasing number of ways and we need help keeping response time down and stoke levels up. The CSR will be responsible for all types of non-face-to-face communications including phone, email, contact form, livechat, and social. There is a heavy focus on sales and sales support.


  • Sell the products we have in stock
  • Answer contact form emails
  • Respond to livechats promptly
  • Answering the phone, (both customer service & inbound selling)
  • Assist the shipping team with order changes, returns, and problems
  • Keep inventory accurate and online listings updated
  • Create product content in the off-season
  • Warranty - Communicate with brands and customers to solve problems and fix what's broken

Skills Needed/Qualifications

  • You must identify as a skier or snowboarder
  • The ability to attack new problems with a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Ability to exceed customer expectations
  • Proactive and able to solve problems without guidance
