X-Games Ski Big Air ended last night, and depending how you look at it Henrik Harlaut raised the bar or changed the big air game completely. As i watched live last night, I couldn't believe my eyes with what he threw down to take X-Games Gold. Henrik Harlaut stomped a Nose Butter Triple Cork 1620 and received a perfect score from the judges. Under the pressure of bright lights in Aspen, the stakes are the highest and Henrik Harlaut delivered a trick that has the rest of ski world scrambling to catch up. 

Year after year, skiers everywhere are in awe at what these athletes are able to accomplish, and this year is no different. A Nose Butter Triple Cork 1620 is a game changer. This single trick has shown all of us how far freestyle skiing has come over that last few years, and after witnessing Henrik last night ski progression shows no signs of slowing down. On January 26, 2013, I witnessed Ski Big Air just jump onto a new plateau. I already can not wait for what these athletes will have in their bag of tricks for Winter X-Games 2014.
