Volkl Gotama Skis 2012

The Ski Monster's Review: The Volkl Gotama gets a little wider for 2012.  This ski is a ripstick if you're not in the trees or shredding the bowls at Aspen Highlands, this ski loves to be on the wide open trails arcing high speed GS turns.  This ski doesn't have a speed limit, tip em and rip em. When you do get in the soft stuff the rocker in the tail makes the Gotama nice and nimble attacking tight tree lines.  This is a great ski for the skier that likes to get out there and charge!

Free Ski Full Rocker- Medium - The rocker runs over the full ski length. Very good gliding abilities in off-piste conditions. Very playful and stable at higher speeds.

Multi-layer Sensor Wood Core - Created in a complex CNC milling process, using vertically laminated poplar and beech wood.

Power/Tough Box Construction - Features a multi-layer wood core wrapped with a composite/fiberglass sheath to create the ultimate resilience and snap. It adds snap, strength and binding screw retention.
