The Volkl Chiara replaces the Volkl Sol.  The Chiara's 77mm waist and tip rocker create an epic ski for the woman looking for an All-Mountain ski that can handle speed, faster carves and a little bit of powder.  The Chiara is a great ski for the the advanced intermediate or expert woman that wants a ski that doesn't feel like a noodle.

Construction:

XTD Progressive Technology - This construction gives the Chiara stability and torsional stiffness. It allows the ski to have consistent edge hold on hardpack or groomed terrain.

Core:

Woodcore xtraLIGHT - This woodcore makes the skis incredibily lightweight and durable.

Shape:

Tip Rocker - This shape features camber underfoot and a rockered tip. The rockered tip allows for smooth skiing over soft snow and super easy turn iniation. The camber underfoot gives the Volkl Chiara energy and stability on groomed terrain.

Binding:

Essenza Marker 4Motion 11.0 TC - This system binding is integrated directly into the Volkl Essenza Chiara. These ski bindings are designed to make the ski feel extremely quick edge-to-edge and provide maximum power transfer out of every turn. They have a din range of 3-11.
