END OF SEASON SALE, ALL 2024 GEAR ON SALE NOW
The K2 Sight Skis do different things for different skiers. Hardcore park riders enjoy the ability to take off and land switch. Tip and tail rocker offer a catch free feel on the lip, and make the Sights forgiving enough to absorb some of the impact when you deploy the landing gear. Guys who are more broadly focused, and looking to slash a variety of terrain features on-trail and off find that the Sights tip-and-rip. Directional Sidecut serves you well on ice and hard pack, in addition to letting the tails come around in bumps and crud. A full Aspen Wood Core is surrounded in Triax Braided Fiberglass, and fortified by ABS plastic sidewalls. This trifecta of heft creates a stable feel at speed and edge contact that sustains at a high angle, throughout the turn. The Sights suit skiers of all ability levels who refuse to be pinned down to one particular discipline. Air, speed, and heavy cutbacks… It’s all good.
TwinTech Construction with Vertical ABSorb Sidewall - This twin tip specific, super durable construction helps to minimize impact damage to the edge of the ski. K2 uses a vertical ABS sidewall to protect the Sight’s core and dampen vibration.
Triaxial Braiding - An exclusive K2 technology that interlocks fiberglass strands around the ski's wood core, resulting in phenomenal torsional rigidity without effecting the skis flex pattern.
Aspen - This wood core provides edge grip, durability and snap, as well as a smooth consistent flex.
All-Terrain Tip and Tail Rocker - A rockered tip and tail provides superior floatation and gashes through soft snow. Camber underfoot maximizes on-trail power and stability.
Tip / Tail Hardware - If you’ve found yourself on this page, then you’ve seen what hard landings can do to the tips of your skis. K2 reinforces the tips and tails of the Sight’s by driving a rivet through the ski. This is simple, functional, and much appreciated tech.
Swap Base - Functional - No... Fashionable - Your call.
The K2 Sight does not come with a binding. We recommend you use a binding that will accommodate your skiing needs (backcountry, touring, all-mountain, freestyle etc.). Be sure the brake width and release settings will work for your particular activity. Questions about what's best for you, contact an expert at TheSkiMonster.com.
