Thinking about doing a little touring, want a ski that is light but is strong enough to grip on the occasional groomer, want to float?  Of course you do, Fischer's My Ranger 98 is capable of doing a lot very well for an expert skier. Although it's great at a lot of things, it doesn't belong in the all-mountain category, most all mountain skis are okay at best at everything, this is really great at floating, touring, steeps and still pretty good on harder snow for being able to float so well.  

The skin compatible tail keeps the skins from falling off if your doing switchbacks up a steep trail.
