END OF SEASON SALE, ALL 2024 GEAR ON SALE NOW
Black Crows built the Corvus Freebird 109 mm waisted skis for the skier that earns their turns, that needs to shave a gram or two but wants the performance when it's time to descend regardless of snow conditions; pow, chalk, chunder or soup -- you never know what you're going to get. Enough camber to grip and enough rocker and taper to keep you on top of that deep, deep snow. The Corvus Freebird is for skiers that aren't bound by ropes and aren't afraid of varying snow conditions but do want a ski that can handle varying snow -- temps change as you change altitude.
It’s a well balanced ski that is easy to manage even if you’re a little off your game. One thing is for certain, it’s an extremely well built ski.
Full Sidewall - Tip to tail ABS sidewall construction.
Paulownia and Poplar - covered in three and two directional carbon and glass fibre.
Single beak and a half - 22% tip rocker, 66% camber, 12% tail rocker.
Notch in the tail makes the Corvus Freebird a better option for touring.
The Black Crows Corvus Freebird does not come with a binding. We recommend you use a binding that will accommodate your skiing needs (backcountry, touring, all-mountain etc.). Be sure the brake width and release settings will work for your particular activity. Questions about what's best for you, contact an expert at TheSkiMonster.com.
Recommended Alpine Binding: Marker Jester.
