The Tecnica Cochise 120 Ski Boot is a stiff, but versatile, medium volume ski boot and it's been overhauled for 2017.  Taking the best parts of the Mach1 fits, the Cochise is a 99 mm lasted ski boot that is going to catch the attention of skiers that aren't necessarily just looking to venture to the side or back.  If you're looking to hike something that's a little rockier and you need better grip and something lighter, the Cochise 120 is your boot.  Capable of clicking into your Marker Griffon or Dynafit Radical ST 2.0 its boot for the resort or for the more adventerous.

How does the Strider 120 fit in comparison to the Cochise 120?

The heel pocket on the Strider is going to feel a bit snugger while the toe box is a bit wider and feels a smidge longer, other wise they feel very similar.

Forward Flex and Boot Fit

99 mm boot last / 120 forward flex - Tecnica's Hinged Instep Catch for more comfortable pressure distribution across your foot and allows for easy on and off. The Triax-Plastic makes the boot incredibly lightweight and durable.

Liner

The C.A.S Ultrafit Pro is a little more 'comfort' oreinted than the Ultrafit Pro Race that is found in the Mach1 130 LV.  But the Cochise 120 still has one of the best out of the box fits you can find.  If you are looking for a liner that is responsive, precise and will keep you comfortable all day this is the ticket.  And yes.... The liner is very warm.
