The Ski Monster is a pretty big fan of the Denver Colorado based ski manufacturer Icelantic to say the least. Icelantic Skis are handmade in Denver in the same factory as Never Summer snowboards, if you know anything about Never Summer you know they make some of the highest quality products, the same is true for Icelantic. Icelantic is known for so many things other than having superior durability; they ski really well, like really well. These skis go from edge to edge in and out of turns effortlessly, float on top of the crud and pow like it's their job and grip the harder snow like a race ski.
