Official First Day of Summer: Music Stoke

Today is officially the first day of summer, and all across the country the temps are sky-rocketing. The northeast is set to break high temperature records over the next two days, with the mercury rising close to 99 degrees. What a way to kick things off!!! I hope this weather is a sign of things to come.

When my summer stoke levels reach a certain point, I find myself listening exclusively to summertime jams. Songs specifically about summer usually never make it to an iPod playlist, but because it's officially the first day of the new season my excitement levels are at their peak. Here is list of some summertime tracks that will make you laugh, cry or simply remember how much you like girls that wear Abercrombie and Fitch.
